Mr. Jeffrey Kruske joined the firm in 2017 and serves as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Mr. Kruske has more than 24 years of legal experience focused on the investment and securities industry. Previously, he served as general counsel in the Office of the Kansas Securities Commissioner. Prior to that, he maintained a private practice focusing on securities and business litigation. Mr. Kruske earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from William Jewell College (Liberty, Mo.) and a Juris Doctorate from Washburn University (Topeka, KS.).
